My standard fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $200.
I partner with Headway to manage insurance billing and benefits verification for select insurance plans. Session costs for insurance clients are determined by the details of their individual plan. You can verify your insurance benefits and request a phone consultation through my Headway profile.
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments through programs such as Open Path, depending on availability and financial need. If I'm not the right fit personally or financially, I'll do my best to help connect you with someone who may be.
Private-pay clients: Payments are processed through IvyPay, a HIPAA-compliant system for therapy payments. You’ll receive a text link to securely enter your payment info when we set this up.
Clients seen through Headway: Session payments and insurance billing are handled directly through Headway’s secure platform. Your copay depends on your individual insurance plan. Any out-of-pocket expenses (such as late-cancellation fees) are processed via IvyPay and are not covered by insurance.Clients seen via South Bay Wellness: Payments are processed through SimplePractice, South Bay Wellness's secure electronic health record and payment platform.

Carelon Behavioral Health (California & Oregon)
Cigna (California & Oregon)

This truly depends on your needs and goals. I typically recommend beginning with weekly sessions so we can establish our relationship and provide more consistent support while you're navigating whatever brought you to therapy.
As treatment progresses, we'll regularly revisit what feels most helpful. Many clients eventually transition to biweekly sessions (and can always increase frequency again if needed). Together, we'll find a rhythm that supports your growth and fits your life.
