Are you ready to work with me?

If you’re looking for a virtual therapist in California or Oregon, here’s how to reach out and what to expect next.

  • Use the contact form on the bottom of this page to send me a quick note. Feel free to share what you're looking for, or just say you'd like to connect.

  • I’ll reach out to set up a brief 10–15 minute phone consultation. This gives us both a chance to get a feel for whether working together seems like a good fit — no pressure, no commitment.

  • If we decide to move forward, I’ll offer a tentative session time to hold your spot while you complete the intake forms.

  • I'll send you a few secure digital forms to review and sign before we meet. This helps me get to know your needs and ensures we’re on the same page about what to expect. Please complete all intake paperwork at least 2 hours before our scheduled session so I have time to review everything in advance.

If you’re using insurance through Headway, you’ll receive a short set of Headway-specific consent forms in addition to my own standard practice documents through your client portal. I’ll also send one to three quick assessments (such as anxiety or mood check-ins) through the Headway platform before your first session.

  • For clients paying out of pocket, we’ll set up your payment information on the day of your first session through IvyPay, a HIPAA-compliant platform designed specifically for therapy.

    Headway:

For clients using insurance through Headway, you’ll complete payment setup directly on the Headway platform before our first session. Your copay (if applicable) will be processed automatically after each appointment.

For out-of-pocket fees — such as late cancellations, no-shows, or other non-insurance charges — I use IvyPay, a HIPAA-compliant payment platform for therapists. IvyPay will only be used if such a charge ever applies, and payment will be handled at that time.

  • We’ll tentatively schedule your first appointment to hold your spot while you fill out a few intake forms. That first session gives us both a chance to get a feel for working together — no pressure to commit if it doesn’t feel right.

But if it does feel like a good fit? We’ll lock down your time and it’s yours in the calendar. From there, we keep showing up and doing the work, together.
