Telehealth Therapy for Teens & Young Adults in Oregon
I'm a California-based therapist also licensed to work with clients located anywhere in Oregon. I work with tweens, teens (often with parents reaching out to get support started), college students navigating life transitions, and young adults figuring out their next steps. Whether you, your teen, or someone you care about is struggling with anxiety, identity, self-esteem, or just feeling “off,” I offer a warm, relational space to process, explore, and build tools that actually work.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward. Others are exploring identity, navigating relationship changes, adjusting to major life transitions, struggling with self-worth, or simply looking for a space that is entirely their own.
You don't need to be in crisis to start therapy. Sometimes people come because something feels wrong; other times they simply want a space to slow down, untangle what they're carrying, and reconnect with themselves. I work best with clients who are looking for a supportive, collaborative relationship and who value the flexibility of telehealth.

Yes! I’m licensed in both California and Oregon, which means we can continue working together even if you move between the two states for school, your job, breaks, or other life changes (even just a quick trip out of state). This can be especially helpful for students who typically use on-campus counseling services during the school year and want to maintain support when they’re home—or vice versa.

I also partner with Headway to offer in-network sessions with select insurance plans available in Oregon. Session costs for insurance clients are determined by the details of their individual plan. You can verify your insurance benefits and request a phone consultation through my Headway profile.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments through programs such as Open Path, depending on availability and financial need. If I'm not the right fit personally or financially, I'll do my best to help connect you with someone who may be.
Private-pay clients: Payments are processed through IvyPay, a HIPAA-compliant payment system for therapy services. You'll receive a secure text link to enter your payment information when we set this up.
Clients seen through Headway: Session payments and insurance billing are handled directly through Headway's secure platform. Your copay depends on your individual insurance plan. Any out-of-pocket expenses (such as late-cancellation fees) are processed via IvyPay and are not covered by insurance.
If I'm not in-network with your plan, I may be able to provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I show up as a real person—curious, compassionate, and gently honest. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s feeling stuck or overwhelming, and build coping tools that actually feel usable in your real life. Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged.
