Telehealth Therapy for Teens & Young Adults in Oregon

I'm a California-based therapist also licensed to work with clients located anywhere in Oregon. I work with teens (often with parents reaching out to get support started), college students navigating life transitions, and young adults figuring out their next steps. Whether you, your teen, or someone you care about is struggling with anxiety, identity, self-esteem, or just feeling “off,” I offer a warm, relational space to process, explore, and build tools that actually work.

  • Yes! I’m licensed to work with anyone physically located in Oregon or California during our session time. All sessions take place over secure video using Zoom, so we can meet from wherever you’re most comfortable.

  • I primarily work with teens, college students, and young adults—especially those navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, or self-esteem concerns. You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy—in fact, if you’re in a severe crisis, in-person support may be a better fit. I work best with clients who are looking for a consistent, supportive space and who either prefer or need the flexibility of telehealth.

  • Yes! I’m licensed in both California and Oregon, which means we can continue working together even if you move between the two states for school, your job, breaks, or other life changes (even just a quick trip out of state). This can be especially helpful for students who typically use on-campus counseling services during the school year and want to maintain support when they’re home—or vice versa.

  • My fees for a 45–50 minute session range from $150 to $250 depending on the type of support you're looking for, with some sliding scale appointments available based on financial need. I also offer student rates, recognizing that therapy can feel out of reach during transitional times.

While I don’t bill insurance directly, I can provide a monthly superbill upon request so you can check for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also encourage potential clients to call their insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits—I'm happy to walk you through what to ask.

If I’m not the right fit—personally or financially—I’ll do my best to help you find someone who is.

  • Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I show up as a real person—curious, compassionate, and gently honest. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s feeling stuck or overwhelming, and build coping tools that actually feel usable in your real life. Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged.
